So, first up big thanks to my 9-year old son Joe for doing the camera work (we need to work on his heavy breathing :-))

Second up, no form – just email me mark (at) markattwood (dot) com with TECHNOPHOBE in the subject line and I’ll do my best to get your questions answered when we film the course (which is in a very swanky sound proof studio in Wimbledon, dontchyaknow?)

Third up: yes, I know the wall behind me needs painting. We had to replace it after the storms in January but, as we’re moving house in four weeks, couldn’t see the point 🙂
